There’s no need to make any major changes to your life when starting to use TrustedRentr. We’ve made it as simple as possible for you to continue using your existing listings and management software, while improving the application and screening process for everyone involved.
After you’ve made your landlord account you’ll find yourself on the sign in screen. From here you will want to go to the properties tab and add your first property!
Fill out all the fields with the information about the property and save the updated information. Next you will want to view the new property added to the properties tab with all the information you just put in.
Once you are viewing the property, just under the images of the property you will find a link that says “Get public link.” Click this and paste the link directly into any existing listing that you already have made.
The best way to do this is to say “If you’re interested in applying please apply through TrustedRenter here: …”
This will allow all the interested tenants to find your property not matter what listing site they are using. Once the applications come in you will be able to sort through them with ease and the tenants will be able to pay rent through TrustedRentr. This will help increase their credit score over time and and give you peace of mind knowing that you’ll be getting all the benefits that TrustedRentr provides.
